Individual convicted of serious felony sex offense was given probation that precluded use of internet, social media, and similar applications.  Furthermore, probation insisted that individual be placed in a particular type of counseling, which individual opposed.  Motions were filed to address both issues, and the judge granted both of the defense motions.  Individual was allowed to remain in his existing treatment and have some access to the internet and social media.
