Our client was charged with five felony counts of credit card theft, fraud, and forgery, but he maintained his innocence. Our investigation of the case revealed that he had an identical twin brother who may have been responsible for the incidents at issue. Using our client’s GPS location history, we were able to prove that he was elsewhere at the time of the incidents. Moreover, by carefully analyzing the surveillance videos from the stores, we were able to prove that the suspect in the videos, unlike our client, did not wear a wedding ring. Based on this and other compelling evidence we gathered in support of our client’s innocence, we successfully convinced the prosecutors to dismiss all five felony charges just days before the scheduled jury trial.
