High Speed Reckless Driving Reduced to Improper Driving

Client was charged with reckless driving by speeding 93 mph in a 55 mph zone.  The prosecution insisted on a misdemeanor reckless driving conviction, license suspension, and a suspended jail sentence.  Instead, the case was taken before a judge where the circumstances were explained in detail, and the judge agreed to reduce the charge to improper driving, a simple traffic infraction with only 3 demerit points, and only a fine.  ​
